As we look toward the future, we’re excited to welcome Simon Chen, who has acquired Angel City Data and will lead the company as President. Simon steps into this next chapter with a deep appreciation for what makes ACD special and a commitment to building on its success. Simon brings over 25 years of experience using technology innovation to drive business results for organizations ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100.

Since founding ACD in 2004, David Knight has helped turn it into something much more than a software development company. From our roots in the Claris FileMaker community to the thousands of systems we’ve developed across industries, David has fostered a culture of craftsmanship, innovation, and lasting relationships. We’re deeply grateful for all he’s built and pleased that he’ll continue to lend his experience and guidance during this transition to new leadership.
